Kit Terms

Our sound kits have terms and conditions in each kit. Each producer has different terms for the usage of their kits. When you purchase a kit, the terms will be in the file you download for the kit, titled "T&Cs MUST READ" If you have any questions on the terms for a loop kit, before or after purchasing, please email ().

1. Welcome

Welcome to Webb Waves.

By using our website and purchasing our sound kits, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you disagree, you are prohibited from accessing this site.

2. What We Do

Webb Waves creates and sells digital sound kits for music producers.

All products are delivered instantly as digital downloads — no physical items.

3. Using Our Sounds

When you buy a Webb Waves kit, you’re getting a license to use the sounds, not ownership of them.

You CAN:

  • Use our sounds in your own music (commercial or non-commercial)

  • Edit, chop, and transform them however you like

  • Release music on any platform (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

You CANNOT:

  • Resell or share the sounds as standalone files

  • Upload them to sample packs, libraries, or marketplaces

  • Give them away for free or include them in other kits

  • Claim the original sounds as your own

Simple rule: use them in your music — don’t redistribute the raw files.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

If something goes wrong with your download, contact us at info@webbwaves.com and we’ll fix it.

5. Ownership

Everything on this site — sounds, branding, visuals — belongs to Webb Waves.

Don’t copy, resell, or use anything outside the rules in these Terms.

6. Keep It Respectful

Don’t use our site to:

  • Break the law

  • Hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform

  • Do anything shady

We reserve the right to block access if needed.

7. No Guarantees

All the materials on Webb Waves's Website are provided "as is". Webb Waves makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Webb Waves does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

8. Liability

Webb Waves isn’t responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages from using our products or site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
